Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds work for YumCut purchases processed through Stripe.

Stripe Billing

YumCut uses Stripe as its payment processor for web subscriptions. When you subscribe, Stripe stores and processes your payment details under Stripe's security and compliance standards.

Your charge descriptor, invoice emails, and renewal reminders may come from Stripe on behalf of YumCut.

Cancellation Policy

• You can request cancellation at any time before your next billing date.
• By default, cancellations are scheduled for period end so paid access continues until that date.
• In some billing scenarios, cancellation can be immediate when requested or required.
• We do not charge future renewal payments after cancellation is confirmed.

If you cannot access your billing controls, contact us and we will help process cancellation.

Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. However, we review refund requests in good faith for cases such as:

• Duplicate charges for the same billing period;
• Billing errors caused by technical issues;
• Unauthorized payments reported promptly after the charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank and card network.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support and include:

• the email used for your YumCut account;
• Stripe invoice ID or payment receipt;
• a short explanation of the issue.

App Store Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple's own billing policies.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a chargeback, please contact us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly. We may limit or suspend service access for accounts with unresolved payment disputes.
