By accessing and using YumCut ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

YumCut is an AI-powered video editing platform that helps content creators enhance their horizontal videos by adding dynamic visual overlays synchronized with narration. Our service transforms standard talking-head videos into engaging, viewer-retaining content.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use Policy

When using YumCut, you agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the service to create content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service security
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original video content. By uploading content to YumCut, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance your videos as part of our service.

Enhanced Content: You own the enhanced videos created through our service. However, the underlying AI technology and enhancement algorithms remain our intellectual property.

Our Content: All aspects of YumCut, including our AI technology, interface, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to YumCut. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or address technical issues that could temporarily affect service availability.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer: YumCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• Your content will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of YumCut after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
